They are a fictitious company. They never answer they're phone or return emails. I don't believe they own the homes they're claiming are for rent. Stay away from these people. They ask you for a copy of your ID for a code to enter a house. This is a scam

Now know are rose harbor services STAY AWAY IF RENTING. They suck holy cow they’re bad. I went 23 days with out a water heater in the middle of a pandemic. I had the threaten legale action to get anything fixed. They mad me pay for a broken door. Sam is terrible and the owners they manage suck.

The only thing this company “Holds Fast” is the owner disbursement. 13 months in a row, we have had to call to find out where our rent disbursement is. Sadly, why spouse once used to work with the owner, as a realtor. If “friends” and peers are tested this way....how will typical owners be treated? Ben....unless my rent is deposited in a timely manner, I will use EVERY Military resource I have, to ensure you are blacklisted. This will also be a point of contention with the Board of Realtors.
