I was experiencing a lot of back and hip pain when I first contacted Courtney. I had tried everything else, chiropractor's , PT, nothing seemed to help until I met Courtney. I am now living mostly pain free and have learned a lot about strengthening my core and developing a routine to maintain my physical condition. I still struggled with mobility 1 year after my shoulder and 2 rounds of traditional physical therapy. A six week course with Courtney got my mobility back 90% of normal. I couldn’t have done it without her holistic approach.

I worked with Courtney for neck and back pain and a lot of muscle tightness. She focused on loosening the muscles first and then added targeted exercises to help stabilize my shoulder. The difference was noticeable — the constant pain and nerve pinching I had been dealing with significantly improved. I really appreciated the thoughtful, hands-on approach and how effective the treatment was. Highly recommend!
