I went to Courtney after a fall on ice while biking that left me with some nagging upper back pain. She also addressed my lower back pain, which I had experienced on and off over the years. Courtney was personable and took the time to listen to my concerns. She created a program tailored to my needs and built on the exercises as I improved. I am now pain-free and gradually building my mountain biking mileage back up. I highly recommend Courtney to anyone struggling with pain or lingering injuries!
I was experiencing a lot of back and hip pain when I first contacted Courtney. I had tried everything else, chiropractor's , PT, nothing seemed to help until I met Courtney. I am now living mostly pain free and have learned a lot about strengthening my core and developing a routine to maintain my physical condition. You will not regret going to see her, give her a call and get scheduled.
At CrossFit 1926 we a relentless with our pursuit of health and fitness while we have no tolerance for pain in our lives. It is because of this stance that we are blessed to have Courtney in our corner to keep us all moving pain free and in tip top shape! It is our wish that anyone contemplating visiting her would just schedule that first visit and get started. You’ll be so happy you did!
I still struggled with mobility 1 year after my shoulder and 2 rounds of traditional physical therapy. A six week course with Courtney got my mobility back 90% of normal. I couldn’t have done it without her holistic approach.
