Great rental options and I loved that I could look by price and not waste time sifting through properties not in my budget. I got great service when I called them about the house and in a week or so It was mine to rent. I would call them again because they treated me great and were very nice and helpful.
I rented a house on their site for over a year and had a great experience. They put me in touch with the people and I loved it. I just moved out because I bought a place and have nothing but great things to say about Holcombe, Fair, and Lane.
We bought a second home in N Charleston and love it. We got it for under twenty thousand and are going to fix it up and make it our retirement place. They were great in working with us to get it. Service was very professional.

Charleston is such a beautiful place and I especially love North Charleston. My job required me to relocate and I found my new home with Holcombe, Fair, and Lane. They were very nice and professional. I didn't realize real estate was so affordable here until I moved. Great company.

They helped me buy some property in the Charleston area. It was less than an acre and only cost me $2500. It was a great price in my opinion. Very knowledgeable of the area and very friendly.
