I took a heifer to this processor. She was on her 5th calf. In that process, she blew out her uterus. By any means looking at the heard, my cattle are not bones. We took her to them on a Saturday. We wasn't able to get it until a week and halh later. My parents got there side processed. I got my side cut like the chart on there page in whole chucks. I received hambuger meat and bones.
