For the price that is charged for rent, the actual apartments are in poor condition. The cost of rent is different for everyone and so is the cost to keep an animal. Black mold in bathrooms because there are no fans. Upstairs bathroom leaked water down into the hall because the tub was set in crooked and ware leaked.
