I spent 6 days without heat and no power in my kitchen waiting on electricians to return phone calls! Holcomb electric responded to my message within 30 minutes of leaving it. They were then able to have Brandon come to my home within an hour and a half of leaving the initial message. He was able to identify the problem. He did not have the parts necessary to completely fix the problem but was able to restore heat to the house until he could return the next day Thank you for the rapid response!
