I came here years ago and only for a few months before deciding not to come back— the male therapist I spoke to clearly isn’t very well versed about how to speak to autistic patients or in general to female patients, especially those who are SA survivors. Stated at the beginning of the appointment (in fact, a week prior..) that I want to see a psychiatrist for med management for Adhd and stated the meds I'm prescribed. Wastes my time going through a bunch of pointless questions only to say at the end "We don't prescribe addictive substances here. Ok? Thanks bye." What? They don't care about your mental health at all, aside from the fact he could've told me this in the beginning, he didn't even offer any other meds or anything. Stay away! Based on how this agency treats their employees, you would not want them responsible for your mental health/behavioral health care. The upper leadership and Human Resources are awful quality. Sad!
Case managers are whack judging by the rest of reviews I’m assuming rest of the staff isn’t very helpful as well.
