I hope I get my refund I finally have case mgt. I feel that staff discusses your personal life behind your back when I say no monitoring, they ask to have something in writing if you don't take meds. I find they don't take into consideration your current health condition. I have felt singled out with "team" meetings the noise in the apartment hasn't been dealt with I've lost sleep and it's effecting my hearing.
