If I could give less than 1 star I would, this company is a disgrace. I had a job poured 2 months ago using one of their products, after the wash we realised there was a chunk of hardwood roughly the size of my fist set in the concrete, Holcim couldn’t care less and basically said “it’s the batchers fault, sorry”. They also made an unauthorised (fraudulent) transaction against my card after the fact, with no explanation as to why and nobody available to talk to me. One of ur drivers is so bad he can't Follow white lines on the road but by the looks of him im sure the white lines are in the bathroom for this moron. Then try to argue I was in the wrong. It's so bad when these idiots think there doing right when there completely wrong..learn to drive buddy next time I'll get of the car if u want but I no u won't

I would never ever use this business in future their concrete its mixed with dust i have well over 1000 cracks and the rep that came around to have a look she goes were’s cracks thats fine i’ve lost few thousand $$ but i will share my experience with as many people as i can Melanie, is still getting back to me after nearly 2 months snail express service all the way, i was expecting cracks in years to come but guess what they’ve speed things up its only about 5 months old.
