My friend and I ordered flowers for a funeral, and we could not be more impressed. The level of care, attention to detail, and their ability to interpret our (very vague and confusing) instructions to create the perfect arrangement was astounding. I highly recommend this place, and am very appreciative of the work they do and customer service they provide.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Absolutely livid. We ordered flowers for an aunt who was in the hospital just a couple of days after her brother passed away and the arrangement she received looked like utter garbage. I paid for the premium arrangement and she received something that looked like it came straight from Wal-Mart. We ordered via Teleflora, but luckily the card had the florist's name. Do not take an order that you can't properly fill.
The wrong flowers were sent to the Funeral Home so this is what I ordered, and this is what was sent. Disgrace.
My husband purchased a custom arrangement for Mother’s Day, and I was so impressed by the beauty of the selection and freshness of the flowers! 10 days later the arrangement is still going strong. Really shows the care and quality they put into their craft. Will absolutely be back for all my floral needs.
So disappointed. My adult children ordered me flowers for the Tuesday after Mother’s Day. What arrived was half dead and clearly remnants of the weekend. I called to complain and although they were willing to replace the next day what arrived was,again, a disappointment. Brown edged carnations, broken stems and petals- yikes! I will be calling again in the morning. So sad that my children spent their hard earned money.
