A great little family run florist shop. They're attentive and work well with custom orders. Been using them for years.
I ordered Deluxe flowers for Mother’s Day and did not receive anything close to what was advertised on the website. The bouquet looked thrown together with no care at all, especially for the amount of money paid and it was missing the Pink Ribbon that was supposed to wrap around the flowers. After I contacted FromYouFlowers, they told me they would send the correct flowers as a courtesy for the mistake. Absolutely love this florist! The arrangements are stunning, and they last a long time—perfect for any occasion. The team is so friendly, and they really listen to what you want. Can't recommend them enough!
Possibly the worst customer service interaction I’ve ever had. There was an issue with the delivery and kept trying to tell me they made a phone call but did not. The lady on the phone proceeded to give a sassy response and cut me off every time I spoke. There’s too many flower shops in Boston don’t pick this garbage.
Hours not accurate on google listing. Wasted my time
