We bought our first home with David Weekley and couldn't be more pleased. We started from scratch, so it's been a long process, but definitely worth it and we LOVE our home. We went with a villa which was the perfect size for just me and my husband. We've been in our house for 3 months now and still don't have any complaints. The only current negatives: our lack of grass/yard while they're still putting houses in, and the extremely long warranty wait list for getting things fixed. Horrific rules and enforcement. They tell you what your lawn and home have to look like, down to the type of lawn you have. Poor water management practices. They won’t last long
I watched a news report about the management and their bullsh¡t tactics and how they treat their tenants. Kind of makes me lose faith in these companies.
