I went there for notary services from Lucia Lam, and it was the first time that I was doing that. When I asked questions, instead of being patient and informed, she continued to say I don't know with just annoyance. We had some real estate documents to be notorized and Lucia was amazing. She was prompt in responding to all our questions and went over the documents to be notarized thoroughly. Lucia went out of her way to make sure the other side received our documents in good order so she stayed overtime in the office for us. She didn’t have to but she really went above to ensure our closing was complete. Thank you so much!!!
