On January 20th 2025, we asked Holaday Parks (our HVAC maintenance provider) for a service call because our tenant was not getting any heat in their offices. On 1/31/25, we rec'd an invoice for the service call on which Francisco Landa stated that he "Checked the system and the unit is heating properly".
