I had an INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTING experience with TORI BROWN at Hola Bonita. I went in for beige blonde highlights and walked out with a brassy orange mess. I was so excited to get my hair done, but instead, the entire experience was nothing but STRESSFUL. Tori canceled and rescheduled my appointment six times—three times for the original booking and three more for the "fix" appointment. Zayles did AMAZINGGGGGGGG. I’ve literally had the worst experiences with hair stylist but she went BEYOND what I expected. Explained everything she was doing while she was doing it.. just overall amazing. A little pricey but definitely worth it 🙌🏼
