UPDATE: Owner did reach out for the missing spoons mishap. I very much appreciate the effort to improve the experience and their dedication to happy customers. I added a star back to the review. The shaved ice tasted as good as anywhere else but I was pretty disappointed with the experience. There was only 1 worker and I generally expect shaved ice to be a quick stop. It took probably 20 mins to receive my order (1 small ice) and then when it was handed to me they said they were out of spoons. It wouldn't have been a big dea... read more
