Wow what a great little business! I had the nicest employee (Helena I think her name was) helping me. My nephew spilled his snow everywhere and she was very nice about the whole thing! 10/10 would recommend!

I would give lower stars, except you have the best shaved ice in Utah in my opinion. It’s very unfortunate to have employees who are rude and don’t treat your paying customers more kind. We had a bad experience with the person serving us and I feel she needs to be trained on customer service. She seemed annoyed we were there from the get go. You have a tipping jar in front, and obviously tipping is optional, but I did a cash tip and not even a thank you was said, which was fine, whatever, no big deal. We look forward to your... read more
