This is hands down the best ramen shop in western NY (probably a larger area than just that). They are better than Old SATO ever was. Their ramen is fanatic, every single one on their menu it unique and delicious in its own way, the sushi is great, the apps amazing, never have had a bad experience. The service is attentive and friendly. Our most recent service was Linda and she was wonderful, funny and engaging. A MUST try if you like ramen.
I was in Hamburg for work and was really craving some hot and spicy food. Being from India, I’m not too familiar with Japanese food apart from ramen, but I stumbled upon this place last week and absolutely loved it. The hot and spicy ramen hit the spot, and the crab Rangoon and boba tea were a great combo too. Huge shout out to Julie, who was so friendly and patient. It was great and service was fast. I would recommend! I wish they had some tofu options though.
Food was good, decent size portions. Reasonable for the price. However, the "kids" on the wait staff need much better training. Didn't once ask about drink refills or check on us. I had to ask about the appetizers I ordered which came out after the main meal. Then they had to ask a manager if they could break a $20 bill. They could not lol
Went here for the first time a few days ago. We were very happy with everything we ordered. Our waitress was so amazing. Cannot wait to go back!
