My new go to Ramen place!
Clean, fast service, delicious food
Some of the best ramen I've ever had! I had the tantanmen. It was perfectly spiced, but came with a smear on the side of the bowl if you wanted more. The marinated eggs were my favorite part of the dish. The server kept my water topped up. And made very sure I was happy. —- Update Sept 1, 2026 Still so good! I had spicy miso ramen with a marinated egg and jumbo shrimp added. Yum. But the shrimp weren’t really worth it for me.
There once was a spot called Hokkaido, Where the finest of ramen is served, and you know? No bowl in this state Can compete with that plate; It’s the best in the Carolinas, just great! Our server was Ryan, a genuine gem, Both charming and clever — ahem Attentive, refined, And professionally kind. Five stars to the restaurant and him!
