I followed Dr. Schutzer from his Fayetteville practice and it was worth it. Facility is quiet and clean. Dr. Schutzer is professional and takes the time to answer questions.
I have been going to this office since 2007, since then I have had two doctors leave and a nurse leave all which I were close to, that should tell you something. They have obscure drama and incompetency issues including not ordering medications on time to have in the office. The front desk is the main issue. They are rude, impatient, and do not take their jobs seriously. They have no regard for patient privacy and will yell out certain matters while the lobby listens. Both my husband and I go to Dr. Vogelsang. He is a remarkable doctor. Very caring and compassionate. He is patient and thorough as well. We are so glad he is our doctor and we are thankful for him and his staff.
Extremely unprofessional. Dr. McGill has horrible bed side manner and could care less about your infertility issues. The office is ALWAYS running behind. The front desk are ALWAYS rude and incompetent. I wouldn't recomend this office to anyone, unless your unemployed and have all day to wait around and you don't have feelings or you love being insulted by your doctor.
i am 22 weeks pregnant. Have been seen by 1 doctor once. My 20 week appointment was messed up. They "FORGOT" to schedule my ultrasound which was already 3 days overdue and wanted me to come back a week later. 2 days ago i was calling them because i was having severe cramps. Terrible place to go!!!! Sham! !! Third pregnancy. I know what goes on at prenatal apts they do nothing. 30 weeks they did 1 urine culture at the beginning measured my belly one time. All new how I escaped my ultrasound at 20 wks Mt reply to which was ma'am I cine to the apts you guys schedule me for. Had a cough, fly line symptoms. Didn't listen to my lungs just told me it wasa lingering cough. Very rude staff not helpful at all even when just trying to geta letter to see the dang dentist. Horrible. Switched my care
I have not had any problems with the doctors there. They all seem really nice, but the receptionist seriously seem slow. They are always rude, always losing paper, never return my calls unless its minutes before they close, ect. I am very annoyed by them. If I wasn't leaving here soon I would switch my ob but I only have a couple weeks left.
Not happy with this place. Unprofessional, under staffed and just rude. One time I waited an hour and a half for an appointment because they were understaffed. I went yesterday to have blood drawn. I work till 3:30 but purposely got out early to make it before 4 to have blood work. I got there and they said they were too understaffed to draw my blood. I explained how I drove 30 minutes and left work early and she was very rude. I will be finding a new OBGYN.
My Dr that I seen was nice. But apparently the other staff are over worked and very rude. I simply needed a referral and got vomited on with words about I need to find a new primary Dr and she's the only one back there. So I politely said, "well that's not my fault, but hope your day gets better." I can hardly walk, but your word vomit was not necessary this morning! I will be leaving this practice!
