I went to Hoke ER for help and was treated very poorly. The front desk staff was rude, and I was handled roughly even though I was sick, throwing up, and barely able to stay awake. Patients deserve care and compassion, not to be made to feel embarrassed and disrespected.”

I had a hip replacement two weeks ago at CFV Hoke Hospital. The facility was wonderful and the staff very attentive and friendly. Surgery went well and no complications. I've lived in Fayetteville the last 50 years and had all previous hospital needs met at Cape Fear Valley from having babies to two surgeries there as well as numerous ER visits. I will try to use Hoke from now on. Night and day difference.
Waited foreverrrrrrr to be seen was there a total of 8 hours but they were very busy on that night. The team was super nice and helpful and got me on the right track. Would go again just pray before I go in they’re not so busy!
My wife and I were freaking out over our baby’s rashes and what we assumed was respiratory issues. The staff immediately checked us in and everyone was so patient and professional. I highly recommend this place for any medical emergency. Ms Hobbs and her team were incredible
