Have been a customer for over 40 yrs. Have always been satisfied having them insure my cars,and home. Paid the rising payments over the years . But now don't seem to care about their customers anymore. I was told by Mr. Brantley himself just keep up with my recites and spending after the Hurricane that they would make things right ! That was apparently a lie cause When I went to turn in these recites then the story changed ! I have 4 cars and 1 home insured with State Farm. Unfortunately, my 16yo got into car accident last year. The premium doubled on that policy as to be expected but then 6 mo. later they cancelled the policy. A month later they cancelled my auto policy, too, because of the 16yo's accident. I called Thu and the increasingly stern young lady I spoke to said they'll likely cancel the remaining two auto policies. Wow.
