6:15 pm on a Black Friday and your doors are locked and the sales people who are still in the store didn't even look up or try and unlock the door, I do not see you as being in business a year from now!
Sad to see the negative reviews, I loved this store when I visited it in August. It was so nice to find a place that was locally owned and not a chain store. My daughter and I wanted to buy everything! The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The store is clean, displays are great and the quality and variety of items is excellent! The SMOKEY POINT LOCATION is horrible. You walk in to not be greeted by a smile or hello, the "sales lady" immediately says instead"we only go up to a size large." You disrespecting, rude, arrogant brat. You have no idea who I'm buying for and I'll gladly take my money else where then be treated with such disrespect and attitude. I was so excited to shop at the new store in Smokey Point. Walked in last week at 5:45 and was informed immediately that "we are closing in 5 minutes." Although the ladies were very friendly, I was disappointed that had to be my first experience in the new store. The new store was large and had many great things.
I recently ordered a pair of Not Rated beige boots from an Instagram photo I had seen awhile back. I placed my order over the phone at the Snohomish store. I had a wonderful experience dealing with the girl whom took my order and she was very helpful with sizes/disruptions as well. The boots arrived via mail approx 3 days before she said they would, so I was very happy with the delivery timeline! I will certainly order from them again!
