I absolutely love this store! I love to shop local and I love that they have trendy clothes that are different from the large chains. I just have to be careful not to go in too often as I always find quite a few things I love�. The staff has always been friendly and very helpful when I have visited both locations!
The best boutique I’ve came across in years and I’m always searching for unique one of a kind pieces. From the moment I walked thru the door I was greeted by the very helpful young ladies who helped me find many gorgeous pieces. Hands down my favorite boutique from the beautiful soft leather shoes purses scents and baby couture, look forward to seeing the new selections that will be arriving throughout the spring and summer months.
My first to time to the Smokey point location LOVED IT!! ladies were very frienldy not once did she make me feel uncomfortable, helping me find what ever I needed. Not snobby what so ever Thank you!! so much for your great customer service will be Back again For sure!!
So disappointed. I really loved this place. My BF went in to go Christmas shopping for me. When one of the employees asked if he needed help. He said not at the moment I am just looking, and she said fine and huffed and walked away. Nice customer service..... Thanks Hoity Toity you just lost a long time customer.
My mom and I visited this store last week. There were 2 sales people and one in the back stocking. All 3 were very nice. We all laughed and had a great time. We tried on stuff and my mom fell in love with the store. I can't believe the negative comments on here. If someone said something disrespectful about a shoppers size then that shopper should have spoke to the owner directly. Why post it like that's everyone's view in the store? Love going into hoity toity (marysville). The staff is always welcoming, helpful and genuine. They have really lovely things, and do a wonderful job brining in new products regularly.
