Absolutely terrible, if this gentleman is to be considered a doctor. I saw him three times, and two of the three were about being a bilateral below-knee amputee. The day before an MRI exam, the imaging center called me for the reason. I told them about the bk amputation and severe knee pain in the movement of the joint. They called me back to report that he had no idea I was an amputee. WORST medical provider. Inconsiderate, provides no empathy, and just flat out rude. When you try to communicate anything, he doesn’t even try to hide he isn’t listening. He will blame everything that’s happening to you, simply on you. Loses patient charts, runs late. The list is endless.
Dr. Trinh is knowledgable and provided the service we expected. He explained our options to keep our costs as low as possible, and he showed my wife respect in not subjecting her to unnecessary examinations.
