Very spacious, good area, lots of stuff around, nice common areas, nice and quiet at night. Great office ladies! There is no 'perfect place', there can be issues or things to get accustomed to anywhere you move. We are very happy with the friendly office staff, move in and overall living experience! Would recommend.
My partner and I have lived here for over 6 months now. We have had nothing but a wonderful experience. The rent is absolutely amazing for how large of an apartment you get, especially compared to any other complex in the area. Everyone that works here, whether in the office or maintenance is absolutely wonderful. We have had 2 maintenance issues since living here and they have both gotten fixed within the day of the request. Absolutely no bug problems whatsoever and no noise complaints. Apartments are super run down. Don’t expect much besides a decent price. Gym is non existent. Will charge you an arm and leg upon move out. Walls are paper thin. Additionally they don’t respond to emails, voicemails, and calls. As someone who had worked in Property Management, stay clear of Hohokam
Came across these apartments because our previous lease was up and needed somewhere to move quickly. Only been living here for a little over 2 months. The location is nice, quiet, and convenient to the 101. The apartments are spacious. We were told that we could pick the apartment that we would like. We told them which one we would like but when we received the lease we were assigned a completely different apartment and was told that the apartment was already rented out. My experience at Hohokam villas has been nothing short of amazing. I moved in Aug 2021 and I will be moving out Dec 2023. This is my 5th apartment, and the management and maintenance staff here are hands down THE best team I’ve ever dealt with. I appreciate each and every staff member for making my experience beyond my expectations.
