My partner and I have lived here for over 6 months now. We have had nothing but a wonderful experience. The rent is absolutely amazing for how large of an apartment you get, especially compared to any other complex in the area. Everyone that works here, whether in the office or maintenance is absolutely wonderful. Came across these apartments because our previous lease was up and needed somewhere to move quickly. Only been living here for a little over 2 months. The location is nice, quiet, and convenient to the 101. The apartments are spacious. We were told that we could pick the apartment that we would like. We told them which one we would like but when we received the lease we were assigned a completely different apartment and was told that the apartment was already rented out. My experience at Hohokam villas has been nothing short of amazing. I moved in Aug 2021 and I will be moving out Dec 2023. This is my 5th apartment, and the management and maintenance staff here are hands down THE best team I’ve ever dealt with. I appreciate each and every staff member for making my experience beyond my expectations. I've lived here for about a year now in a 2 bed unit and it's been absolutely fantastic. Maintenance is always prompt, communication with the staff is easy, and they are extremely reliable. When I had to say goodbye to my beloved cat, they had removed pet rent and credited my account within 2 business days. Jazz is the best -- she even shared her condolences with us when she saw us on property. Landscaping is quick and quiet. Absolutely horrible place to live. I sincerely hope that everyone here is fired and new people are brought in. Where to start… The PRICES. Hohokam’s rents have tripled in TWO YEARS. This is flagrant EXTORTION and a COLLECTIVE PUNISHMENT on the tenants you claim to want to keep. Secondly, the units. I was in my one-bedroom for a year and a half.
