Unprofessional front staff and management with lack of customer service. In the beginning, front staff looks friendly but in reality, you are one more number for the practice. First time writing a negative review but felt compelled to tell my story with Hohman Rehab. Per my insurance, I was entitled to unlimited physical therapy, but after 20 visits they informed me the same day that I ran out of therapies.
