I don't like leaving negative reviews but I have to tell the truth about my experience here. I'd been seeing Dr Schwartz for 3 plus years but never had dental work, only yearly exam and cleanings. When I needed a crown I saw Dr Schwartz, who I liked very much. After drilling, he left to have his dental assistant make the temp crown. She couldn't make the temp crown and kept ramming it into my mouth. She started trying to blame me. Recently had an emergency wisdom tooth extraction. "OL number 32" thank you Dr. Xing! I can finish a meal without discomfort for the first time in awhile. I tend to let my owwies get a little long in the tooth...ouch. Wonderful staff got me in and saved our weekend . Thanks all!🥂

Unfortunately my experience with this dental practice ended on a sour note, with the loss of a tooth due to their failure of proper and timely care. I had regular cleanings with them since 2020 and at one point they identified what looked like a decay under the crow on my last bottom right tooth but decided to just watch. I was told everything looked great in every visit until last year, when they found a very deep pocket on my left last bottom tooth. How do things go from wonderful to a 10 mm deep pocket was puzzling to me.... read more
