I've been going to Dr. Hohenstein for many many years. No complaints he's excellent. I would recommend him 150%!!.........since Hohenstein left they're very picky about the insurance I no longer go here their attitudes are awful
So this review is an update since the office changed from Hoenstein and Swartz. Unfortunately my insurance is no longer accepted there and I needed to change Dental Offices to avoid out of pocket expense. Upon leaving I manually filled out a form for my x-rays to be transferred over to the new office. (which btw they suggested) Ball was dropped, never sent over my x-rays and I have now been charged $123.00 for new x-rays. Not happy considering I changed the office to AVOID out of pocket expense. I don't like leaving negative reviews but I have to tell the truth about my experience here. I'd been seeing Dr Schwartz for 3 plus years but never had dental work, only yearly exam and cleanings. When I needed a crown I saw Dr Schwartz, who I liked very much. After drilling, he left to have his dental assistant make the temp crown. She couldn't make the temp crown and kept ramming it into my mouth. She started trying to blame me. I was in the chair totally vulnerable, looking up, my mouth held open with clamps, not knowing ... read more
Recently had an emergency wisdom tooth extraction. "OL number 32" thank you Dr. Xing! I can finish a meal without discomfort for the first time in awhile. I tend to let my owwies get a little long in the tooth...ouch. Wonderful staff got me in and saved our weekend . Thanks all!🥂
