Oct 2024, Mr Hogue's employee in his marked company pickup, struck my parked vehicle causing $3700 in damage. It took me two weeks to get in touch with Dustin to get insurance info. The employee did not have the insurance in the pickup. Hogue only had personal insurance and not business insurance so it was a fight to even get a partial payment from Progressive, they tried to deny the claim numberous times. GRATEFULLY GHOSTED!!!!! He said he wanted to get to his first appointment to assess how long it would take and he would call as to whether he would be out that day or the next morning. Never heard from him, so I assumed the job would take the day and I’d hear back that night. I called the next morning and it went to voicemail. I called over the weekend twice, which went to voicemail. I called the following Monday and it went to voicemail. I left text messages and voicemails that were never returned. We paid them to replace three shutoff valves. They replaced one, told us they did all three, and then ghosted us. Tried to reach out a bunch of times because they told us they guarantee the work. Would not recommend using them. One of his old employees said he does this to almost everyone.
