Kyle the customer service manager is a great guy! I ordered a set of Hogue grip scales for a p365 AXG legion and received two mismatched scales in the set. I emailed the company and within one hour of the following business day I received an email from Kyle. I ordered a set of grips online from Hogues website. Never got a confirmation, never got an email, they took the money out of my account, but I haven't received my grips! They took me for $136.00! Not a legit company!

Top notch customer service. Sometimes it takes awhile to get a response, but they always respond, and back their products. I’m on my third Sig knife, and more than once they’ve sent me replacement belt clips at no charge. I would have happily paid.
