What a great store!
Great service highly recommended
Top notch customer service. Sometimes it takes awhile to get a response, but they always respond, and back their products. I’m on my third Sig knife, and more than once they’ve sent me replacement belt clips at no charge. I would have happily paid.
The products are good but the customer service is terrible. I purchased a grip but upon arrival and feeling it, I decided I preferred the factory grip and so I decided to return the item, per their return policy. They take days to respond to emails, giving me the run around, they finally gave me the return address and instructions, which for some reason, isn't just posted on their website or in the package itself.
