Don’t walk, RUN! Wendy Hogge tried to sell me a house which the inspection proved to have 2 illegal additions for which permits were never granted to build, mold throughout and countless other safety hazards that were revealed at the point of inspection. The worst part about it was that she “misplaced” my $2,000 earnest money cashiers check and tried to blame it on the title company.
