I called this law firm for my husband's legal issue. The woman who answered the phone was not very helpful. I explained that he had 21 days to respond to a civil summon and we were almost 10 in based on the date in which he was served. She offered me a consultation a month later. I asked why it will take a month to get a consultation, and she stated "because he (the attorney) is busy. I just explained the urgency and that didn't seem to matter.
