Dr Hoggatt is fantastic. I see so many of these comments are old, and most are complaining about the staff. This has much improved. Not great, but much better. As a female, I was completely comfortable with Dr Hoggatt.
Dr Hoggatt is a blessing to the medical community. His knowledge and bed side manner are top notch. His staff is extremely friendly and so helpful. If you are in need of a urologist who will take his time and discuss your medical issue and treatment options and include you in the decision process the Dr. Hoggatt is your guy. He explained every detail and I had 2 procedures that went flawlessly and corrected my medical issue. You will not find a better urologist and I highly recommend Dr Hoggatt. Is there anything worse than bad? Let's say "Deplorable". The office staff is non-existent. Your Dog or Cat has a better chance of getting information from this organization. Need to make an appointment? Forget about it. You will never get the minutes back that you have wasted with this group in your lifetime. Gone Forever.
Waited an hour and a half before being seen. When the assistant finally took me to the exam room, I explained that I did not want the procedure, and that I had told the lady who called to confirm the appt the day before that I would not be having it. I just wanted the results of my CT, which had been done three weeks ago, and I had not been told of any results yet. Would not recommend. Dismisses all your symptoms. Told me nothing was wrong, even though anyone who would examine me would clearly see there was. Didn't even order any extra tests or examinations. My pain and swelling returned until I sought help at Methodist Hospital. Another Urologist at Methodist recommended therapy, which is improving my situation. This doctor did not even try or care.
Doctor Hoggatt is wonderful but the office staff leaves a lot to be desired. you can not count on them to send lab orders over or get return calls.
This is mainly about his staff. They won't return calls for an appointment and they lost my medical records.
Dr. Hoggatt is just super! He’s patient, kind, caring and Very knowledgeable.
I like the Dr but the office is HORRIBLE. They never return your calls. They rarely answer the phone. They make you sit in the waiting room even though all you are doing is providing a urine sample. They are not responsive to you. It is so frustrating I have to look for a different doctor. Hoggatt i like but his staff is horrible.
