Great development project! Do more with the empty lots we have. Business bring population which brings tourism which boosts economy which then gives us more jobs!!!
I would really like to see something new open in Yakima like a good Fish & Chips restaurant (Long John Silvers or Ivars, even Skippers would be better than nothing). As for retail, Yakima could really use a Big &Tall type store.

I agree with many of the above suggestions....Chipotle, Trader Joe's, Panera Bread, Souplantations/Sweet Tomatoes (same company)....Everyone would love the healthy, delicious options and would use them a lot!
