A place run by people that lie, are inconsistent, and cannot keep their stories straight. Be leery of places that require appointments. Gives them time to clean up and ensure their residents look ok when they may in fact not be ok. I will be submitting a complaint to whoever the overseeing authorities are so they can investigate treatment of patients and staff intimidation tactics
