I’ve purchased a couple of pieces through Hogans now, and every experience has been exceptional. The team is consistently warm, accommodating, and incredibly generous with their time and consultations. Their care and attention to detail shine through at every step, and I’ve been absolutely over the moon with the quality of each piece.
Working with Lachy to create our engagement ring was an absolute pleasure! We went and did multiple consultations with several jewelers and the care and level of service that Logan's offers stood out so far above the rest. Lachy was so patient with our many iterations of the ring. He was able to rush to finish it before we were home from overseas for Christmas meaning we could celebrate with both our families which meant a lot to us. We could also not be more happy with the ring! I would 100% recommend Lachy to anyone.
My partner and I had both our wedding ring and our engagement ring designed here. Lachlan was very patient as we went back and forth over the course of 3 months getting the ring picture perfect. We are both so happy with the quality and craftsmanship. Also the customer service is simply excellent. I will be using hogans for any serious bit of jewellery I need!
