Been living at Hogan woods for nearly 7 years, people come and go but Kira, Remy and recently added Gabrielle. All amazing. They’re quick to respond and you’ll always be greeted with a friendly face and warm welcome whenever you walk into the office. They’re fast to respond to emergencies and the occasional nuisance message from me about noise lol! They’re great and very patient, but always so kind. Hope to be here for many more years.
Horrible resolution to any maintenance request. They continue to leave things unfixed. Mold being a serious issue here that just gets covered up with more layers of paint. Oh the residents will never know 😞
Review change to one star. This place used to be good but now they just want to hassle me about having an AC window unit past October 1st like they're some kind of HOA. Well, news flash it's hot after October 1st geniuses. Maintenance requests continue to be closed with no resolution. I have birds nesting above unit #202. This has been brought to the attention of management multiple times. They continue to use the same method to try to control it. That does not work and I continue to every season.
