This man ruined the dentist for me at the age of 8. I am now in my 30’s and terrified of the dentist. I was having a tooth extracted at 8 and was obviously a little scared. He proceeded to yell at me slamming the gauze on my chest, telling me to “act my age”. My mother in the waiting room could hear him. An experience I never forgot. Has terrified me of going to the dentist and even prolonged me taking my own children. Luckily we found an amazing office “where smiles grow” for my children

Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Was the dental equipment clean? Yes Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need

Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? No Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

I will not be returning to William Hogan. At the end of the procedure I asked him a question and he made me feel very stupid for asking it. In addition I heard him talking about me to the office staff when I was leaving. Very unprofessional. The other negative was they didn´t tell me that my insurance didn´t cover white fillings and that they do not do silver filings.
