I would give negative stars if that were ever possible. This law firm is the worst, along with the attorneys and parallels, that ive EVER hired. That extends even beyond legal representation into all fields of services and goods. Other reviews share my horrible experience of a COMPLETE LACK of communication. No updates, no work done at all. I reached out to Rick Hogan to help in a spousal visa process. I paid a fee and ended up submitting all the paperwork and paying the fees directly to the Federal Government. However, when I asked for the deposit monies back, there is no response. I will be taking this up with the disciplinary board.
Posting on behalf of my sister, Cynthia Mendez. This law firm has been unbelievably careless and negligent with her immigration case. The complete lack of communication has been beyond frustrating and absolutely unacceptable. They failed to inform my sister that her case had been DENIED, forcing her to find out without any guidance or support.
