The owner is a jerk. Yelling at me on the phone about how good they are and they don’t ever screw up. It happens just fix it but no offer to fix what’s not working. Unreal Have used them for a few years based on a friend’s recommendation. Substandard work and a very rude customer service phone rep. System turn on was shoddy. They don’t care how things look they just throw on what’s on the truck, probably used parts scabbed from other jobs. I’m moving on to a new company

They only let calls go to voicemail. They will respond with a callback or text. They do not do accept any payment except through snail mail!!! The guys always seem friendly and do their work so I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 star. Customer service is lacking. This is the last year we will use them.
We called Hogan after a terrible experience with another irrigation company. They were professional and did quality work. I highly recommend them.
It is difficult to find a professional contractor in the commercial sector, but I have had the pleasure of working with one of the best.
