They only let calls go to voicemail. They will respond with a callback or text. They do not do accept any payment except through snail mail!!! The guys always seem friendly and do their work so I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 star. Customer service is lacking. This is the last year we will use them.
We called Hogan after a terrible experience with another irrigation company. They were professional and did quality work. I highly recommend them.
It is difficult to find a professional contractor in the commercial sector, but I have had the pleasure of working with one of the best.
