Phenomenal customer service! My family was fortunate enough to engage the legal services of Nancy Tagliaferro at Hogan & Rossi to handle my father-in-law's Elder Law issues. Nancy sat with my 85 year old father-in-law and explained everything to him in details, always taking her time to make sure he understood exactly what she was saying. Nancy drew the documents up quickly and Dad executed them within the week. I would unequivocally recommend Nancy Tagliaferro of Hogan & Rossi for any Elder Law issues.
Terrible customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for Elder care services. It has been well over a month that myself and my family have been trying to have an attorney return a phone call to a nursing home and none of our calls have been answered. It's very frustrating when a simple 5 minute phone call could help us move forward and no one has the consideration to return a call. It's pretty sad to have to post a poor review to try to get some action.
