I hired them to inspect my warehouse that was being sold to me as a fully conditioned warehouse. They inspected it and in their contract even mentioned that they will make sure that they check everything that the seller is promising. They okayed everything. Only after I moved in I realized that the unit had no cooling or heating. The inspector completely failed to find this and now it is costing me extra $50K to get this fixed. DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL!
