Honest, competent, and fair in price. We hit a pothole on the weekend and had to take it to a different repair shop because Hogan's was closed, but after hearing what the repairs might be, I called Hogan's to ask their opinion and Carl was willing to call over there and go take a look at it himself. This is just one of the many ways we've experienced their excellent customer service.
Extremely professional and honest. Can't say enough about how fairly they treat their customers and how they go to great lengths to explain things. Don't take my cars anywhere else.
