I see remember when this used to be the Social Security office.
Until this year my taxes were done right and in a very quick manner. This year they messed up my taxes by putting down the wrong child, which i had specified when handing them in what child i was claiming... (As per joint custody), Which caused my taxes to be rejected. After speaking with them and pointing out the mistake there has been no word from them if they are fixing their mistake.... Thanks for not taking my taxes and your mistakes serious.
Just got the mail and we are getting charged over $700 for them to prepare our taxes? That is outrageous! Very disappointed.
