July 3, 2025 Horrible drivers employed by this company. Dumping their piss and nasty toilet paper out the driver door. Right side of my truck and left side of his truck covered in piss and he says he isn't aware of how it happened. How do you as a carrier employ trash like this at your company?! I spent 30 days at Hogan and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The company’s billing and accounting practices are outdated, inefficient, and disorganized, creating constant workflow issues. Leadership is severely lacking, with little to no accountability or structure in place to drive improvements. Additionally, the workplace culture is outdated and unbalanced, particularly in the corporate office, which operates under a patriarchal, “good old boys club” mentality.
