Hog Wild BBQ and crew do a BBQ right! Plenty of tasty food. The smokers turned out some amazing mac n cheese, pulled pork and brisket! It was great that BBQ Bill provided all the sides and fixings; juicy sliced watermelon, hearty rolls , cole slaw, potato salad and of course the Sauce. Our guests were amazed by the flavor. We had Hog Wild come with a pig roast to our house. Booking was simple and efficient, they arrived with plenty of time to spare and were happy to demonstrate the smoker to everyone who wandered over to pepper them with questions. The pulled pork was magnificent, absolutely delicious. The two sides we had - the potato salad and the beans were very good, very tasty indeed and I was very pleased that the bread rolls were good quality, not the cheap ones that fall apart as soon as you pick them up. we went to the wedding expo in danbury and was given a free 20 lb smoked turkey coupon . we made a few attempts to redeem the coupon by calling and haven't even gotten a call back. pretty sad if you ask me.
