After our third bad experience, we won't be taking our dog here ever again. The staff seem bothered when you walk in the door. No welcome or greeting. The office manager is very short with you and their boarding practices make no sense. My dog has contracted kennel cough from here as well as been given unauthorized shots. In addition, they hide/remove bad reviews from Facebook leaving an unrealistic rating and unreliable reviews. I belive the few good reviews that exist are written by staff and their families. I recently boarded my dog here, and I was a bit apprehensive after reading another reviewer mention their dog always got bladder infections when staying here. I decided to give them a try anyway, as I was short on time. I very much regret boarding my dog here. She has a very bad bladder infection, but it didn't come on right away.
