By chance Hog-It-Up BBQ was at Barrel Oak Winery on 3/11/17. I am a huge pork fan so when I saw "food truck bbq" I was all in! Looking at the menu and having staff explain their fare, it was a hard choice between ribs and the bowl. I can have ribs anytime so I chose the BOWL. Best decision of the day!! The corn pudding on the bottom and the coleslaw on the top... delicious!! At the Barns at Hamilton Station, had the brisket sandwich. Wow! It was exceptional. A must try.
The chicken bowl was amazing!! Smoked chicken and corn pudding, so good, coleslaw and beans added good texture and flavor. My husbands in love with the pork. We’re going to stalk this truck for sure!
