I can't speak highly enough of Jordan. She was so nice and helpful when I needed to plan a last minute catering event. However tonight I ordered in the drive thru, get home and my order is wrong. I called and told the young lady who helped me at the window (got Brunswick Stew (ewww), but I ordered two banana puddings) and she wasn't quite grasping the issue. I asked to speak to Jordan but was on eternal hold. Was so disappointed to not get our dessert but more disappointed with the service at the window tonight.
