Called to place a take out order and was asked to wait on hold. No biggie. I know restaurants can get crazy busy during the dinner time hours. I was on my way to the location (and home) when I was calling. It took me 10 minutes to get to the restaurant and I WAS STILL ON HOLD! When I got to the restaurant there was only three tables seated. A server looked at me and a gentleman who was waiting at the hostess stand prior to my arrival and she walked away. She didn't even acknowledge us standing there. I'm very sorry Brittany Everett. I was actually the manager on duty tonight. Unfortunately I was still taking the same order as when I put you on hold. The previous customer had never been to our location and I was trying to give them information on our menu and pricing. The man that was in front of you was picking up and order for someone who had already paid for it and gave the wrong name so we could not find the order with the information he gave us.
