I've used their services twice, once I had to pay and once I did not. Let me explain. First time was moving into a new home, I wanted to get 6 faucets replaced. They did it quickly and cleanly, walkthrough was spot on. No complaints. Where I really have come to appreciate their services was recently we had a question on a recurring smell issue. I needed a hot water heater expansion tank replaced in order to sell my townhome and Hofmeyer was the only company that provided me with a 'cost range' over the phone for this very simple repair. I had contacted 15+ other companies that all required a 'service call' be made before any price could be provided. Of course, the service call alone is $99--which allows for a company to charge an egregious amount for a small repair as you are already on the hook for the service call amount. Could not recommend Hofmeyer enough! Pricing is super transparent and the quality of work is high every time we call. We have used them many times and no matter the issue they are able to help and come out quickly. Huge thanks for Doug and the Hofmeyer team!
