They are not helpful at all unless you are looking to spend thousands on wedding bands, etc. My fiance and I are looking for very simple bands. The lady didn't even want to give me the time of day. I had questions as this was the first place I had stopped at to inquire about our bands. Very uppity, would not recommend to the average person.
Went in to ask about a change to the setting of my engagement ring and received uppity advice that I would have appreciated more if it were not in a tone of 'this ring is junk and you are not worth my respect because you do not have fancy jewelry." I left feeling like an untouchable, although the advice about the setting was valid. Certainly won't ever go back there. Especially not to fix the setting, let alone consider buying something new.
